I have had wonderful experiences when I haven’t had to return items to Leone. But during the past two years, I had one awful experience they resolved after over one year of several visits, and I am having another terrible experience now. My wife’s defective shoe took over one year to get a credit. They didn’t return phone calls, but happily I live in walking distance to the store, so we visited the store often. Meanwhile, I got the runaround. Typical comments: the person who sold you isn’t here; we no longer stock that brand, and so on. My second challenge is continuing for several months. I ordered and paid for a custom jacket which has not been ready since April. And they do not know if or when it will be ready. Presently, I am getting the runaround from the person who sold me. It’s Déjà vu: The salesperson who is a nice guy, says he needs approval from the owner who has been traveling. The sales person says he told the owner I was a good customer (can you imagine if I weren’t!). The owner will decide whether I get the refund. Really; they have the funds, they can’t deliver the product, but the owner will decide if I get a refund. Meanwhile, nobody at the store but the person who sold me, who is away, but whom I have called and texted several times, with no answer, will deal with this matter. It’s several months now. The bottom line: ensure when you buy from Leone that the product is fine because based on another review I saw, and my experiences, they do not take care of customers after the sale. Michel
